Very friendly and informative. Explained what he was going to do including putting gel bait down and preventive spraying of the perimeter of the house. Unable to spray that day due to rain. Came back in 2 weeks with the followup gel baiting and was able to spray the perimeter. Provided a 6 month warranty and told me to call him personally if the carpenter ant problem hasn't been resolved.

Inspected foundation, found no holes. Problem seemed to be my garage door so recommended that I get that fixed. We already had traps set in the garage so he didn't charge me at all for the visit.

We purchased a house that had been vacant for some time, and the critters took over. Evidence of high level of mouse activity, bats and also squirrel. Trevor was very comprehensive in his assessment of the issues, and got to work right away with basic identification of problems and proposing solutions. We ended up purchasing a quarterly plan-a bit overpriced-in order to get ahead of the issues. Subsequent visits for bat extrusion and follow-ups were also handled in a timely and professional manners. No issues noted since the work has been done, with additional visit planned to spray for wasps.

All went well, ants are gone. We have used L and R for the past few years. Always prompt and do a great job. We receive a reminder every spring to let us know it's time again.

L/R Pest Elimination Service Company is a very good. We have an annual service contract with them. They managed to kill a bunch of rodents so that was nice. They seemed to be prompt. They do their job well. They came back when there was a problem. They were very courteous and very thorough.
