Excellent worksmanship, Pierre is so knowledgeable and was accommodating to what we needed! I highly recommend this company.

Pierre is a gentleman and a scholar. Very pleasant man to work with and he has worked his ass off, showed up when he said he was, and helped us out with our project well beyond what he is responsible for. Knows a variety of different trades and knows what he is doing. We would use him for everything if we could.

I needed a contractor to install a handrail. The response time was quick and the results exceeded my expectations. I recommend this contractor.

Excellent customer service. work was performed in a timely manner and very well. Pierre listened to our concerns and took our wishes into account. He performed a very thorough inspection to determine the root cause of our problem. He will be doing our siding project next month.

As all remodeling plans proceed, snags are hit in the process. Most or all of the snags arose because my wife and I changed our minds about what we wanted. Pierre was extremely flexible and was able to continue to produce quality work even in the face of those annoying customers (us) that keep changing their minds. I will use L & L Construction for our next project.

We highly recommend L&L Construction and Pierre Larose. We would him again to do any work need on our home. Pierre is an excellent craftsmen and does quality work. Pierre did the work on schedule and communicated with us very well during the project. He worked with us and our budget and gave us options. The subs he used for electric work and plumbing were licensced and had 20 years plus experience as does Pierre. Pierre kept our house very clean while he was finishing our basement and was respectful of our house and schedules. A great experience. We are very pleased.

Did a partial basement remodel. Finished 2 rooms. Bid came in $2,000 - $5,000 lower than other 2 bids. Quality of work was great. Was here everyday. Kept me up to date on project. Finished on time. Final cost was a few hundred dollars under original bid. Would highly recommend him!

Very professional and quality work.

We had Pierre convert a screen porch into a mudroom. From start to finish we couldn't be happier. Pierre worked quickly and cleanly, he was extremely responsive to questions/concerns, and he had great ideas about how to overcome problems as they arose. The work was of very high quality and you won't find a nicer guy to have working in your house, that counts for a lot as far as we are concerned! We shopped and got quotes from four or five different firms, Pierre's price was competitive with or beat everyone elses quote and Pierre delivered on that quoted price. We would recommend Pierre of L&L Construction to anyone.

Pierre gave us an approx time he could do our deck and quoted us the labor. He was true to his word on both counts. We are very pleased with the quality of his work!

Over all, average. Extremely friendly guy, did good work. A couple of issues, just in terms of even-ness. I had one particular area that was out of whack. And then just the communiation issue, the door wasn't provided. Again, over all, average. Thank you.

The one man did great job. He took his time and make sure the patio deck. Good condition. Good reasonable price. I would recommend other people.

I would definitely recommend L&L Construction and Pierre Larose. Pierre was great to work with - prompt, efficient, good communication, good pricing, and a great clean up afterward. We love the results.

Pierre took our cabinets down in less than a day...the installation of the new cabinets will happen in 10 days. He was timely and professional.

Pierre did an excellent job for us. His work is solid, his prices reasonable, and he was very efficient. He cleaned up well after the project (a new deck). All in all, we were very pleased with him and would definitely use him again for future projects.

Pierre was clear and professional, helping me to understand the problem and fixing it readily.
