Our first job August 2025 with Jay was to have front and rear no-freeze water faucets replaced. The tech did a superb job. All solder joints tidy and solid and all copper pipe at right angles and very symmetrical for alignment. We're very pleased with Jay for a quick appointment they made for us, the tech's arrival was very punctual and on time and he answered all of our questions about this install, the several or more emails and correspondence with the manager was excellent and with prompt replies to our questions. No surprises at all for a new company we have used for the first time, and feeling there's great customer care here along with a job done very well. We'll be back soon to Jay as we have another larger plumbing project for them that I'm certain will be in very good hands again!

The folks at Jay Mechanical were amazing! We got our quote quickly and within 3 days they were at the house installing our new hot water tank. The technicians were courteous and very considerate - even putting down drop cloths so no dirt would be on the floors. Their pricing was very fair and competitive as well. Not one single complaint. Would highly recommend their services! Well done!

They were able to get someone here in a couple of days, which was OK since it was not an emergency situation. The repair required removing the toilet tank and replacing corroded bolts and gaskets. Everything went fine.

Jason was able to come out very quickly, great response time. He was friendly, patient, explained his thinking process and answered all questions as he worked. Most importantly fixed the problem! Great to see quality work and customer service from a trade company. Absolutely will be using him and Jay Mechanical for all Plumbing HVAC needs in the future. Would give A+'s if possible.

Had to replace the disposal in my kitchen. Was recommended by a friend. The owner showed up with a helper and assessed the situation and gave me a fair price. They were right on time and did the work immediately. I had purchased a faucet for my upstairs utility room and they agreed to install it for me at the same time. Work was done in less than 2 hours! Very clean and responsive! They were awesome!

The contractor did an estimate one week after we called, and completed the work 4 business days after that. He was punctual, and his estimate reflected the scope of the job accurately. He explained everything he was doing as he went along. His business method inspired confidence as much as his skill in evaluating and solving the problem. We are happy with the work.
