Estimate and work was scheduled and completed in a timely fashion. Work was excellent. Communication could have been a bit clearer.

We were very pleased with them. The price that they charged was neither the lowest nor the highest which I liked. They are a very small outfit, but they seem to be very dedicated in keeping the customer happy. They installed the boiler in a very clean and nice way. I exchanged a number of phone calls and emails with the company informing them that I would use their services. The technician who came out was in a bit of hurry, as he had to attend a school function along with his wife and kids. It took a very long time for him to install the boiler. However, he was willing to help me and answered all my questions. He was here at the time that he had specified and may be even before the quoted time. He was always very prompt and called me right back, as he wasn?t available at the time I called him. He didn?t give me the feeling that I would have to find someone else just because he had a tight schedule.
