 + -1 moreI've used this service provider off and on for several years. They are qualified, honest and do good work. The one thing I don't particularly like is they do not take appointments, so you just show up and hope they don't have a big line ahead of you. On a couple of attempts I had to leave and try a different day. That doesn't always work for me, so I prefer to schedule an appointment at places where I can wait to have the service(s) performed and go on my way. When I can get in right away, I use them, but when I cannot, I often choose another service provider. On the work mentioned above, they did a fine job and I was in and out in about 2 hours.

 + -1 moreOverall experience was fine. Staff are reasonably courteous, efficient, professional. Mechanic called me back promptly and spent time on the phone discussing the options, including why their part costs 4 times what comes up on Google. I wasn't entirely convinced but needed to get the work done and thought it was a reasonable approach to only buy such vital parts from a Ford dealer. The day of the operation went fine and again the mechanic talked to me, answered all questions. They were done when they said it would be done. Customer service was not spectacular but adequate in all regards and I would not hesitate to go back.
Description of Work: Checked out car (2001 Explorer) for check engine light and anything that might be an issue (recent purchase). They reported back that the fuel filler neck was rusted through, which was causing a vacuum leak, and that I needed new lower ball joints. Mechanic called back with an estimate that seemed high but was consistent with other online reports for these repairs. The need for the repairs seemed plausible given the age and condition of the vehicle. I went ahead and had them do both repairs.
