We forgot about the first appointment but Darrin was able to reschedule. He did not charge us for the missed appointment and did a good job cleaning our chair. He was pleasant and efficient. We will call him again when we need the service that he provides.

It never ceases to amaze us how beautiful the carpets look and smell after they've been visited by Darrin and Crystal Carpets.
The carpets in our bedrooms and on our stairs are very light in color and over the last few years they had really started to show dirt, especially in the entrances and high-traffic areas. We also have a dog and a cat that are very clean animals but there seemed to be some lingering natural scents. A friend of ours recently bought a nice Bissell upright carpet cleaner which we borrowed but, to put it nicely, we were very underwhelmed with the performance. To be frank, it basically just got our carpets wet with a nice-smelling soapy water while leaving the dirt behind.
Since we were having house guests in a couple weeks, we really wanted to things to look and smell bright. With complete confidence in his work, we called Darrin who has worked some real magic for us and other friends in the past. He was available that week and as always, very professional, friendly, and prompt. Darrin takes extra precautions to protect the walls with guards so his equipment doesn't leave any marks. He also takes very accurate measurements of the areas that are cleaned and his invoices are clearly itemized so you know you're getting a fair and honest price.
We first met Darrin a few years ago when we had some very messy tenants move out of a condo we rent and the light grey Berber carpet had been seemingly ruined by them and a wet messy dog. Seeing (and smelling) the before and after was incredible! It's seriously magical how they become restored to basically brand new condition.
We have always been 110% satisfied with the work Darrin has done for us. Anytime I hear someone talking about getting their carpets steam cleaned, I always mention my experiences with Darrin and Crystal Carpets. It's fun to hear from those people that have worked with him and listen to how impressed they are with him and his 'magic'.

Darrin was VERY professional. He showed up on time, took his time while working. Very detailed to what he was doing. I would hire him again and also I am going to tell my family and friends about him. If you need someone, he would be the person to contact.
