DELAIR'S CARPET BARN

The service and quality of the work was excellent! They showed up when they were supposed to, worked around us, and left the job with no trace that they were ever there. I would highly recommend, particularly as they are a local, family owned business keeping the money in our community!

Delairs carpeted all the hallways and reception area in our office.  They worked around our office schedule coming in in the evenings over three nights to get it done.  They cleaned up after themselves leaving the space clean.  We have had many compliments on the new carpet. 

Workers were polite and professional. Very nice installation job, workmen did not seem rushed, they took time to do a good job.

Arranged for the work on a wed and they did the work all in one day on Monday.  Job was done right and they did a good cleanup after.  Price was very reasonable for a high quality W-W carpet plus removal and disposal of the old.  I have used them twice before this and will likely use them again in the future.

Install was great, but try took my closet doors off in all rooms and did not re install them

They went above and beyond to get a no seam carpet installed.

Staff and owners completely incapable of using a telephone. Numerous ap pointments were made and individuals didn't show up. Took time off work to meet installer at 8 AM. I finally called them at 11am and was told theinstaller was on the way. I called again at 12 and was given anothe excuse. I called again and was given yet another excuse. Etc, Etc. Finally showed up around 2 and then didn't have time to complete work scheduled for that day. Through this entire day they never called me once to give me an idea of when the installer would arrive.
After job was done there were 2 carpet pieces that were to be and quot;boundand quot; to be used as throw rugs. After a MONTH one of them told me they were ready so I went to pick them up. As I expected, there they sat, not done.No surprise though. I took them and dropped the off at Capitol city Flooring and Andy had them done for me in 3 days. I guess I should have gone there first. I'd expect more professionalism from the 13 year old that mows lawns. The folks at Delairs are just a couple Clowns that just don't care.

We were replacing 18 year old carpeting. I visited many carpet stores, and right from the beginning I was impressed with the knowledge they had of their products, and their interest in helping me . This is a family owned business and they really care about their reputation. When they came to give me an estimate, I had a million questions, and all of them were answered to my satisfaction. For example, I had a 125 gallon fish tank. I told them I would completely empty it and would not hold them responsible if it cracked. They were willing to move it, along with an upright piano. Numerous other places I talked to said I would have to call a moving company and arrange to have these items moved on my own. This was typical of my entire experience with Delairs. Any problem I came up with, they figured a way to solve it. It took 4 days to complete the job. The installers were very competent and pleasant to work with. The two owners came over a couple of times to help with moving furniture, cutting down doors, etc. The job was completed on time . I am extremely pleased with my purchase.
