The estimate camea in lower than the other estimates I had gotten. The guy who did the estimate took me to look at a just completed mound system and another that was in process. He explained everything to me which was wonderful since I had no knowledge of how any of it worked.3eThe contractor started within 2-3 days of the final plans being done by the engineer and the whole job was completed within a week. The workers were professional and unobtrusive.
