Flooring
The tile was a simple pattern-- "offset" or "staggered" 12 x 12's. But it looks flawless. The setting and grouting look just terrific. And of course, there was no problem with the heating underneath. It works just fine. I also asked them to purchase the tile for me-- so most of the money I spent was on the materials. Their labor was, I believe, $1800. They came back numberous times to set and grout. They were recommended by a neighbor who has seen more intricate work of theirs (bathrooms, etc).
