"It was easy to communicate with Manny, and his emergency repair to my leaky happened so quickly, even for the end of November. He sent pictures of the roof hours after I first contacted CL Exteriors, I was quite surprised! I am recommending his business for repair of the entire roof and also the roof replacement of the other 2 buildings in our condo association. "I have been working very closely with the staff at New England Outdoor Sheds & Gazebos, mostly through e-mail correspondence but also via telephone for the delivery and installation of a 10 x 10 cedar pergola. They have been very helpful at helping me choose the right design and materials. They are quick to answer telephone calls and return e-mails. After intensive research, I believe that they offer the best product. The materials are manufactured by the Amish in Pennsylvania using the highest grade cedar and stainless steel hardware. New England Outdoor Sheds & Gazebos also provides free delivery and installation. However, be prepared to wait. It seems that the Amish work on their own schedule and it may be weeks to months before the product is delivered. I placed my order in early August and it is scheduled to be delivered in early October.

Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required. I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding. She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline. I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
