"It was easy to communicate with Manny, and his emergency repair to my leaky happened so quickly, even for the end of November. He sent pictures of the roof hours after I first contacted CL Exteriors, I was quite surprised! "I used the Neli service, where the tech connects with you via video chat and then walks you through troubleshooting and repair. I’m pretty handy so this seemed like a route that would work for me. Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range. It works like a charm!!"
