When the job started mr. White showed up and brought a old old excavator and parked it on my lawn. The entire project started at 730 am and was finished at 3pm. I left while he was to grade my yard and seed. I received a phone call asking me if I wanted the "extra" fill he had unearthed. I asked him if he wanted it, he said he had another job he could use it on. The job was totally finished at 430 that day. Mr White left his backhoe on my yard for 4 extra days.We thought that he had to finish the landscaping since all our topsoil was gone.(this was the extra fill he spoke about) He came back and picked up the backhoe while just my wife was home and handed us a bill for $7800. My wife called me at work and told me of the bill. I got on the phone and asked him "what happened to the $3000 you quoted us" he replied "I never gave you a price" I told him I wanted a itimized bill to show how he came up with $7800. I also explained that I was at work and I would speak to him when I was home. He left my yard a mess with NO TOPSOIL, all rutted up and with giant caverns and pits that pool water. I did receive a bill in the mail that was hand written and billed me $185 per hour for the 4 days the backhoe sat there. I called him and explained that he stole all my topsoil and that I wasn't going to pay for his heap sitting idle in my yard. He started to ramble in a drunkin slur, enough to become evident that he was intoxicated. What followed was several harrassing phone calls with a severley intoxicated drunk demanding money. We finally called the local police dept and they ordered him to use the court system and have no contact with my family. While we never heard from the drunkard again, our yard needs $2800 worth of landscaping to look like it did before. Please do not hire this company as they destroyed our beautiful front yard
