I think they are a national company. He looked at the report and gave an estimate. He didn't do a thorough investigation of what needed to be done. They were good when we had a water leak, they were fast at getting out and drying it out, so I thought I would get them to give an estimate on the mold. They should have questioned the report more. He came out quickly, and gave me the estimate quickly, when you compare it to the company I used, it was a difference. When I told him I found it cheaper, he understood. They were nice to deal with but they just needed to go the extra step.
