Fitness training I used Rehab Gym and my wife uses PT360 and both of us like those places. Rehab Gym Colchester is the one I go to. It is the same business that is in Burlington but the facility that I use is somewhat different but it is the same company. I would have gone today except that I got sidetracked. My wife would have gone today except she has got a cold and she hasn’t been able to go this week but we used them regularly. I was there Wednesday – Wednesday and Friday is my schedule. Rehab Gym has free once a month physical therapist consultation to review your fitness wishes and needs. It is a friendly place, very clean, has good equipment. They have also a fitness pool for water therapy.
