Generally everything went fine. They showed up when promised and delivered our goods when requested. The showed up with a truck that was to small to take all our goods to the warehouse so had to return the next day with another truck. They didn't have a step ladder so used ours never inventoried it so we never saw it again. We had a few damaged pieces and several scratches on our furniture. They were very responsive in paying us for the damaged items. Not the best and far from the worse movers we have used in our ten other moves.

They packed the furniture and my gardening equipment. The time it took for them to find my house was nerve wracking but overall they were pretty good. I would use them in the future.
