1st Choice Roofing

Jim and his team have always done a great job for us, whether we needed a small patch job done on our old slate roof or a complete replacement of worn out shingles. They are a friendly team with excellent attention to detail from start to finish - the lawn around our house is always clear of nails and debris when they're done. And every job has been right on the estimate, so you know you're going to get quality for a fair price.

It was a pleasure dealing with First Choice Roofing.  The price for the job was reasonable, the work was done in two days, the roof looks great, and and clean-up/removal was terrific.

This provider showed up when they said they would both times and completed both jobs in two days and completely cleaned up.  I had a choice of shingles from a brochure and current condition of my roof was evaluated and estimated prior to work starting. The provider notified me of the lawsuit for IKO shingles and failures that I was unaware of.  I had a small leak starting prior to back half of house being done.
I believe this provider is is green in recycling roof shingles instead of them ending up in a landfill.
I asked for a payment option that most customers do not request; using a credit card. This was new for them and they worked hard to get this option available and working.
This provider has also done work for some of my neighbors and other neighbors were impressed and considering hiring this provider.  One job was done close to winter and job completed in a timely manner and cleaned up.
