The time between initial visit/deposit for installation of a mini split heat pump was thirteen days. The work was done in a professional and clean manner, and I am very satisfied with the operation of the unit and the cool environment in my house that I now enjoy. Will be installing a second unit next spring to further reduce dependence on oil for heat. Thank you Brent and Paul for a stress free experience at a reasonable price (income based rebate from Efficiency Vermont will reduce the cost by nearly 25%, as well as the "Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit" on Federal Income Tax.

We chose Brent because he had the lowest estimate--we should have picked the next lowest, because we never got any heat pumps from Brent, after waiting for 6 months. He asked for a deposit of half of the cost, and said he could install in about a week, in July 2021. However he called back to say he couldn't get the parts and would notify us when he did. He never contacted us by phone or email; when I asked, he just said he was still waiting for parts. Exasperated, we found another contractor in mid-January and asked for deposit back, and it took him over a month to return it. After that, communications from him became very unpleasant. The new contractor was able to get the parts and is installing them now, 8 months later.

I had a hard time with that Coleman Plumbing. The Plumbing that I had good experience. I tried to tell you guys I had a good experience. The price was reasonable. Everything about it was good but you wouldn't accept it. You kept asking for more information and I'm not going to give you anymore information. That's what you're going to get and I think you should use it. I would use it again in the future.

My experience was very disgusting and I would never ever call him again. He charged me $75 and he didn’t do anything. Outside faucet for the garden leaked, so I wanted him to put a washer or fix it. Then he said that there was nothing that he could do. He left the faucet as it was leaking before. Then I called my heating guy who does plumbing to and they came and fixed that faucet. That was the end of it and it didn’t leak anymore. He was unpleasant and wasn’t friendly. He wasn’t like how a businessman should be. He responded very soon.

About one week after Brent Coleman came by to learn what I needed (a new toilet), he called to say it was in and he'd be over in the morning (yesterday) to install it. He came as promised and had the toilet in place quickly. He'll send me a bill and it will be reasonable. He will also come by with information about some other issues we had discussed. Brent  is the plumber I have called since buying this house 8 or so years ago, and he has always been pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. His prices are not out of line. I recommend him highly.

His prices are reasonable. He is very reasonable, punctual and responsive. I have used them in the past and I will use them again in the future.

He does excellent work, he is very obliging. I've never had a complaint and I've used him several times. He is very reliable.
