"We hired them to replace the floor in our living, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. They worked with us to decide what kind/color flooring we wanted, did it in the time frame indicated, cleaned while they worked, were fun to be around, and came in UNDER estimate.
I think the most important part is he returns phone calls/texts! Some things came up so it messed up the timeline we had (no big deal) and he let us know ahead of time. If you work (or try to) with any sort of contractor, hearing from them is the biggest challenge.

"They were very good. They came by and did the work; I was very pleased with them. They were responsive and very detailed oriented. They cleaned up beautifully and they did exactly what they said they would. Their staff members were exactly what I expected. They were good, polite and nice to work with.
