I have been bringing my dogs (4 total) for about 5 years. We love our dogs and they are family. Dr. Susan knows that and understands. She gives us tools to keep our dogs healthy, never says that we are being silly or an overly concerned "parent."
She truly cares. When our eldest dog was unable to function and we had to put her down, Dr. Susan (and Becky) felt almost as badly as we did. She knows what she is doing, charges fair prices, is a true animal lover. My dogs all love her and can't wait to give her kisses.
I would NOT take my animals to anyone else.

It was excellent, great professional work and very caring. Passionate about giving us the right tools and advice to keep our cat healthy and happy. This was super helpful and we felt very good about her work and the visit overall. We had been living in Burlington and had stressed over who to take our cat to and when we saw the recommendation on the RU12? website and heard reviews from friends who had used her we were sold. Our experience lived up to our high expectations and we would recommend her to anyone who needs a good caring vet. She didn't recommend extra shots that weren't necessary which is something other people have warned about some vet experiences. Thank you Old North End Vet!
