Mortgage Companies
I can't speak for all of Spruce Mortgage, but Nick Parent, The Mortgage
Guy, is one of their mortgage brokers, and he was phenomenal. We've
bought quite a few houses throughout the years, and also refinanced a
number of times, and this was the best experience by far.
Nick:

My husband and I were thrilled! We will never use anyone else...Nick is that good. We closed on time, on cost...and it doesn't get any better than that.
