Very well, honestly I would never hire another. I had my septic pumped today and he stayed until the tank is empty, like he has every time he's been here!! very impressed.

On a Saturday, I realized my septic holding tank was leaking (it's in my basement). I called Senesac and he showed up later that day. I can't recall how punctional he was-- it was a while ago. He were very friendly and professional. He stated that I would need a new alarm system because mine had failed and a new grinder pump, as that one had failed. This wasn't a surprise because the whole neighborhood had the same builder and the problems. He quickly pumped the tank and stated he would return Monday with a new grinder pump and alarm. On Monday, he called to say when he would be over and arrived with another man to help with the replacement. The replacement didn't take too long-- maybe an hour or two (I can't really recall). But both men were professional and just did their thing. At the end, they cleaned up as best as they could and took away the old pump. The only problem I had was that when they opened the tank, he had to cut away a bunch of caulking. The caulking was never replaced, so later, when I went down to the basement, I could smell the septic gases. I could recaulk it myself, so it wasn't that big of a deal, but it is a pain and something that should have been included with the amount of money spent.
