Gazo's crew would cut corners (that were detailed in the contract)when were weren't watiching. The contract stated the house would be wrapped in special recommended house wrap under the siding. His crew did not cover a side in the wrap and put the siding over the old wrap (tyvek) when we weren't watching. If you do any business with this guy make sure you detail everything in the contract right down to what materials will be used. Gazo gave us a contract with sub standard materials to be used despite giving him explicit explanation of what we wanted.  Gazo does not come back after he gets his last check to fix mistakes, so you better make sure everything is right before you pay him. We would never hire him again for anything.

Contractor cut corners and did not follow the contract. We had to watch his crew closely to make sure they didn't cut corners. If you do business with this guy, make sure you have everything spelled out in explicit detail in the contract before you sign.The job was done pretty well, but because we stayed on top of Gazo's crew. His subcontracted carpenter, Ted Reckell, who did our portico was great. Once Gazo got all his money he would not come back to fix things that are wrong, even after many promises. We would never hire this contractor again, but would hire Ted Reckell.
