Burlington Refrigeration was excellent. He determined that my refrigerator couldn't be repaired, so he didn't want to charge me anything. But I thought that wasn't fair and I payed him for his time. He was very personable. He came immediately. He was very prompt. He responded to me quickly and got to me quickly and was prompt and professional in diagnosing the problem. He didn't waste my time or his own. He was extremely honest. He had his computer with him so he could hitch up to the manufacturer's website to get specific details about that particular model. I thought that was very good. His decisions were well founded and well researched, right there on the spot. I think that's kind of unusual for a repairman. He's not just relying on his just his own experience. I felt very reassured.

Edward Lincoln recommended several things I could do without incurring the cost of a service call.   While I was trying them, he was on the phone trying to determine prices for parts.   He called me back, and asked me to put the phone next to the refrigerator.  He literally diagnosed it over the phone - at no charge -  and explained the situation.  He recommended giving it a couple of days to sort itself out, because no actual damage was happening to the fridge - just an annoying noise. Six hours later, the problem appears solved thanks to him.  I highly recommend him because he could have charged me for a costly service call just to tell me the same info he gave me for free over the phone.
