B & B HOT WATER TANKS INC

Came in one day. called ahead. Very professional. very personable. I had bad luck with 2 previous plumbersw. I will stick with B and B.

So, on a Sunday we went to Angie's list and found a local plumber.  He came within 20 minutes and was able to fix the pipe and advise us of how to prevent it again -- It had not frozen for 35 years, so hopefully with his advice, that we took, and precautions we won't need to use him again (but certainly would!)

Used at my place of business.  Excellent service. Found a leak that another firm (in the same week) didn't find in the bathroom wall.  Fixed leak, cleaned up after.

Excellent service.  Called me before coming so I could leave work instead of taking the day off.  Arrived on time and went right to work.  Made recommendations for future to avoid the same problem.

The plumber came within a few hours of my call, and my issues were taken care of immediately.  He was friendly and professional, and we will call them then next time we need work done.

We had not shut down our dishwasher properly.  It was the first time we were calling them in a long time.  The person who came out was very nice and efficient.  He came out right away.  We had the problem resolved, but I think he charged a lot.  He didn't do anything except turn off the spigot.  He just said that he would have to charge us for the call.  We were very pleased with him.

It could not have gone any better.  Fast Response, job done, no mess at all.....
