Estimator arrived when he said he would.  Installer arrived when he said he would.  Process was explained thoroughly.

an appointment was made for the technical person to come and do the estimate.  the person came on time.  the glass shower
was ordered and arrived at the specified time frame.  that same technical person installed the glass shower.   he noticed there were some scratches on one panel of the glass.  (the scratches to an untrained eye were not that noticeable.)  he said this would have to be changed and he would place an order for the panel.  in the meantime while waiting for the new glass panel to arrive, we could already use the shower.  the new panel arrived after about 2 weeks and was installed very well.  the glass does look much better and we are happy with the final outcome.  we were only charged the full amount once the new panel was installed.

I was VERY happy with the work, so when I have the money, I'll have them do my last batch of windows.

The whole process went alright. Brian does a really good job selling the windows, coordinating with you, etc. and they are pretty high quality (but of course they are compared to the single pane ones we replaced). The crew on the other hand that works for ACME is sketchy. They arrived 30 mins late and I had to get to work so I could pay for these windows! Nothing was stolen from my house, but they did put one of our windows in crooked. Other than those experiences they were fine but WOW is their pricing expensive. It ended up coming out to about $450 per window. If I was smarter I would have gone with a local contractor who can get the same window and put it in for less. ACME's labor charges are rediculous. I later asked them for a living room window replacement quote and ended up saving $2500 by going with a contracting company.

Excellent work. The original estimator miss sized the glass for the skylight, but they were ready with a new one in just a few days.

Send an inquiry for a quote via their website. Got a response the next day, along with some questions asking why I thought I needed tempered glass. Went to the shop to discuss the project with them and they convinced me that I didn't need the really expensive glass I thought I needed, but a less expensive alternative would be more than adequate. So I gave them the measurements of the piece I needed and was told it would be ready in a week and it was.

We've used them multiple times. We usually buy glass from there. It went pretty well. We had one piece of glass that broken after they have given it to us. They replaced the glass for us. I would consider it a pretty good experience.

Overall, they are good. They are neat, quick and professional. This is the second time we have used them. I would use them again in the future.

Got an estimate over the internet. Went in to order the glass and the person helping me suggested I didn't need the type of glass I had requested in the quote. He ordered it based on my measurements and it arrived on the date promised.

They showed up on time. They were the most professional company we have ever dealt with. We felt 100% comfortable leaving them here alone. One window lost it"s gas in the center and they replaced it free without delay.

The windows are beautiful, and Acme did a great job with repairing a rotted wall. However, our job ended up taking several months, because we seemed to have slipped through the cracks in terms of getting the materials here in one piece (there was a broken pane), and getting them installed properly. (One of the windows was not caulked at the top, and it ended up leaking in several cups of water during a heavy rain.) We have also learned that the bedroom windows don't meet fire code. The building inspector said that national fire code requires two exits from each bedroom, and if one of those exits is a window, you need 5.7 square feet of window opening. To get that with these windows you have to either pop the windows out of the frames (and they're heavy), or unlock the windows from the casings and fold them down into the room. Both of these options are considered and quot;special knowledgeand quot; that a visitor or child wouldn't have. You need to be able to just throw or crank the window open in one operation and have your 5.7 sq feet of clearance.
We wish Acme had been told this, but it was fundamentally the building inspector's job to do so when we filed for a permit.

They provided a phone estimate, came to measure exactly, confirmed the estimated, ordered the window and installed it one week later. Service people arrived on time, preformed everything quickly and professionally, cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

The people at Acme were wonderful. The sales and office staff were easy to work with, providing all information needed. The person who installed our windows was on-time, professional and cleaned everything as he went along. We're very pleased with the windows and the service and plan to have more windows replaced as soon as we can afford to.

They were excellent and prompt. They provided quality products and their price was very good. We were very happy with them.

Two workers arrived early in the day, around 8:30 a.m. By 3 p.m. all the windows were installed. They returned the following day to 'wrap' the window sills (full day) and the day after that to finish up the wrapping job (a couple of hours). The two men worked tirelessly. They were very friendly and seemed to enjoy the work they were doing. A month after installation I phoned them to report an ill-fitting screen and at press time workers were expected to take a look at the problem and either replace the screen or fix it.

EXCELLENT! We were all complete the day they said, they cleaned their mess, a while later a window had some gas escape and the window fogged. They IMMEDIATLY came and replaced the window FREE (just like they said they would) WE KNOW 3 OTHER NEIGHBORS WHO ARE EQUALLY AS PLEASED.
