Great person to work with. Responded quickly to emails. Came on time. Worked tirelessly to complete the job. A one-man tree service but does the work of five men. Very reasonable pricing.

It was excellent. He was a great guy and he's very easy to deal with. He's very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. We got a great deal for the work that was done. Pricing was very fair. I think they're a bargian. I'd happily hire him again.

When telling my neighbor I wanted to have some tree work done, she told me about her mother's experience with Swepston's, so I gave them a call. John was happy to evaluate our trees' needs and gave us an estimate on the spot. After a lengthy conversation about my concern for the trees as well as any birds, squirrels, etc who may be living in them, we hired John to do the work. Not only did John bring binoculars along on the agreed date, to check for animal nests, he climbed the trees before doing the cutting. Since I had mentioned that I run an animal protection organization, Green Mountain Animal Defenders, who often receives calls about injured and abandoned wildlife, John asked me for several cards so he could give them out to his arborist friends so they could call for help if they came across any nests/babies in cut-down trees. I was very impressed with John Swepton's friendly professionalism, fair price, but most of all with his true appreciation for the trees and the pride and pleasure he took in restoring their healthand beauty. When the invoice came (via e-mail, just as I had requested), it was for exactly the price quoted even though I am sure he did a bit more work than we had discussed.
