+ -1 moreTotally incompetent. Took a chair in to be re-upholstered. She re-used some of the rotted under-material (that was to be replaced) which tore through the first time I sat in the chair at home. Refused to repair or refund money. Had to go to someone else to get chair repaired.
Description of Work: Re-upholster chair.
