First, I cannot say enough for the movers themselves -- the guys doing the heavy lifting. On both days, each crew of three (there was only one person common to the first and second days) was outstanding in terms of professionalism, care (a big deal when it comes to a move) and courteousness. I've moved often and you never know what you're going to get, however, I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat. There were some very heavy objects, and there were other objects that were both heavy and relatively fragile, but nothing was broken, scratched, dropped, etc. Best of all, the gentlemen were just a bunch of nice people. 
BC was also very accommodating when it came time to get an estimate and set-up the move. The manager was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. 
The only caveat to BC is that you need to follow-up with the office in terms of when the move is scheduled, whether you have any special requirements, etc. That's why there's a B instead of an A for responsiveness. However, if all it takes is a couple extra phone calls to make sure everything goes as well as my move did, that's but a small price to pay. These folks truly surprised and delighted me.

We first contacted this company 2 ½ months before we planned to move.  The owner came to our apartment to do the estimate.  He was friendly and answered our questions.  When he asked us when we planned on moving we told him Memorial Day weekend, preferably Saturday.  He told us 'no problem' and that we did not have any jobs scheduled out that far.  He told us to call his office with a firm date once we were 100% sure.
My wife called about a week later for the date and he told her that it would be overtime to move on Memorial Day weekend.  We talked about it and decided to move the moving day 2 weeks earlier.  She called him back and told him of the Saturday we had in mind.  He told her that any weekend was overtime.  We did let him know that he didn't inform us of this when he came to our house or when we first picked Memorial Day weekend.
We decided to pay the overtime since moving during the week would not work for us.  We were informed of a 4 hour minimum charge if it took less. 
10 days before we  were scheduled to move the moving truck showed up at our apartment and the moving guy asked if we were ready to move.  I told him that he had the wrong date and he said it was no problem.  I called the owner at the office to make sure that he had our correct date and he seemed bothered that I would call.  I told him that I wanted to make sure of the correct date and time.  He reassured me that he wrote down the correct date and time and they would be there and hung up the phone.
Moving day came.  The movers introduced themselves and were very professional and listened to our requests.  The move went well.  They also requested payment immediately after finishing the job.
