Abatem is a rare company, honest, reliable, professional, competent, fair. They come when scheduled and their work is guaranteed. I have always been pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Our experience was very positive with Abatem. They came right away and set traps and checked frequently. They took care of the baby skunks.

He basically gave me a tutorial on how to do the extermination myself: he showed me ground-level places where the problem (squirrels) could be getting into the house, and then he put six peanut-butter baited snap traps (available at Home Depot for around $15) in the attic. He did not examine the most obvious place where the squirrels were getting into the house, a place high up on the eves where a previous exterminator had tried to cage them out, because he did not bring a long ladder. He promised to call me for a follow-up but never did. And he arrived 45 minutes late and hellip; Now I will be doing the job myself, and so I consider his price to have been an expensive tutorial on how to get rid of squirrels, but if I were not someone who could do such a thing I his services would have been far from adequate.

I have had Abatem spray for ants at the beginning of each spring for the past few years. I had initially used another company which then went out of business and referred customers to Abatem. They honored the price I had previously been paying, and have always done their work on time. They send out annual reminders which are helpful too. The office staff has always been friendly and professional.
