Made an appointment for flooring install. Cleaned the room out and waited 4 hours. Finally had to call and was told they forgot? How unprofessional is that! Now I have to wait 2 more weeks which totally messes up the whole job. Never using them again.

Very well. The store helped me pick out carpet that I liked at a price I could afford. They were able to schedule installation only a few days later. The installers came promptly as promised and completed the job carefully and efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. It looks great!

Randy installed the carpeting as soon as it came in and did a masterful job. He not only vacuumed the room upon completion, but he fixed some moulding problem where the carpet meets the bathroom flooring. And I didn't even ask him to do that! Both Debbie and Randy followed up with me...with a 'thank you note' no less. I would definitely call Valley Floors again for my next project.

They brought sample books to the office. Then ordered full size carpet tiles to try out. Gave several alternative tiles and prices.
Then they ordered in and laid the tile on time and on estimate.

We selected the carpet at their showroom with excellent help from a very knowledgeable salesperson. The carpeting took about 3 weeks to arrive and Bob installed it in two days. I made myself available for questions and he did a careful and neat job. I will certainly ask for him again if I have more work done........
