I purchased a John Deer lawn tractor 4 years ago and when I needed new mower blades, they did not carry them. I complained to the service clerk and said that I thought they should keep parts in stock for expensive items that they sell. The sales person looked up a John Deer service provider in North Adams and told me I could get the blades there. At the time I was not happy. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the blades were available about two weeks after my first attempt to buy them. Apparently they listened to a customer and took action to make the store better. I was impressed.
