Mr McCreedy returned my calls promptly. He offered to pick the new toilet up for me at the store where I purchased it and brought it to my home. He showed up promptly at the appointment time. My bathroom area was tidy when he left. He boxed up the old toilet for pick up by the trash collector. Very professional and helpful.
