He came after the house was set on the foundation and started his work. He hooked the house electricity to the panel. When he wired for the water pump the wire was left hanging from the ceiling and draped over the water pipe. It was not secured to anything. The wire that he ran to the outlet for the washing machine is pinched between the foundation and the framing the carpenter put in for him to attach the electrical boxes to. He didn't drill a whole and put the wire down through the top plate. He connected the transfer switch for the generator to the panel but didn't run the wire outside like we asked him, so we have no way or plugging into the generator. He didn't even bother to move the breaker for the hot tub. The outside lights that he installed weren't hung properly so they are dangling off the side of the house. We called him many times and he didn't return our calls until we complained to the Fecteaus. When he did call he said he had been returning our calls, not so!!! As the coversation progessed he said he didn't know this or that, and we didn't tell him this or that It was outrageous. Then after all that he cited that the reason he couldn't come and finish the job properly was that he has gone on to do several other jobs first. Unfortunately we paid him before he was done. We lost confidence in him completely and finally asked him not to come. We got someone else to fix his mess and finish the job.
