The morning that Bouchard Pierce was scheduled to do the installation, they called to say that their service person was sick. The installation was rescheduled two weeks later.
At that rescheduled second appointment, they showed up but we discovered that they ordered the WRONG part. They had to order the correct part and reschedule.
At the third rescheduled appointment, they called -- 45 minutes after they were supposed to have shown up -- to tell us that a co-worker was stuck in another area of Vermont and they wanted to reschedule yet again. This has got to be one of the worst service providers I have ever encountered. We've gone nearly two months without a fully operating oven because of their failure to show up on time and with the correct panel.
I would definitely NOT recommend this service provider to anyone if you actually want the service performed correctly and promptly.
