Took my car there for an inspection and came away with a big scratch on my car door. This was several years ago, but I have not been there since.

What was super impressive was that not only did they repair the driver
door rocker panel but they took the time to clean up all other door
thresholds, added a protective plastic, compounded the entire car
including the dulled headlights and, when we picked it up, it looked
new. 6 month later it still looks new. It was obvious that they took
the time to do the job correctly, taking care of the root cause as well
as making the final cosmetics look perfect.
The owner was extremely attentive to me as a customer, but more importantly, to the vehicle and doing the job 110%.

They have worked on my cars four times and each times I was very pleased with their work. I also got a complete car wash - including the undercarrage and engine - every time. there were never any surprises or over charges and their work always looked great. With snow and ice in Vermont and not being a perfect driver, I expect I will need a paint and body shop again in the future and I will always take my car to Ayers Body Shop in Barre Vermont - behind Allied Lumber and the Cumberland gas station.
