It went really well.  They worked with us to make sure that we took care of our tenants (a daycare) and that our staff had safe ways to arrive and leave.  They cleaned up after themselves, they worked really hard, they were respectful, and the roof looks great.  They also helped us to file  claim for the defective shingles that were on the roof - they helped with paperwork and photographing shingles and pitches.  I am really happy with their work and would happily hire them again.

Worst service experience of my life. We had to wait over 6 month after paying for half of the roof before the roofers came (despite having a leak that was causing increasing damage). Sent emails, phoned repeatedly (almost always ignored), and despite our warranty no one ever came to fix it. We ended up having to pay out of pocket to go with someone else to fix the problems that they caused. I have never written a negative review for anyone or anything in my life, but I truly hope that no one has to go through what we experienced with this company.

Had a hole in porch roof, and an old, leaky one over the front entrance to tenant's apartment. Called Jeff for an estimate, he showed up the next day, and completed it the following day. In addition, came back after a leak into the ceiling of the smaller roof, which turned out to be the fault of another contractor, but Jeff repaired it for no additional charge.

I had to get upon my roof and pour water on the roof to prove there was leak.  The roofer subcontracted it out and did it in the winter.  The subcontractor didn't do a proper job in the gulleys of the roof.  They didn't do the gutters right.  Some painters came and they couldn't paint because there was water on the ceiling in my daughters bedroom.  The roofing company owner came and then that's when I sprayed water upon the roof.  It started leaking when he drove away.  I had to have two thirds of my roof redone.  I went to an attorney and he said he wouldn't recommend us sue because the roofer had no assets.  The roofer didn't have any records of my transaction.  I got subcontracted out to people that didn't show up.  He re contracted my roof replacement to another subcontractor that did a terrible job in the winter.  It was supposed to be warranted and wasn't.  He is terrible, I will never use him again, and don't want anyone else to have to go through this.
