Great Service from Start to Finish! Walt and his crew were very professional from the moment he stopped by to inspect and give us the quote all the way to when our transaction concluded. The trees look very good. All the branches that were bothering us were removed. They were timely, professional, and within the time limits they estimated to us. There was even a moment where an issue occurred and our gate came off our fence. It wasnt that bad, but the fact that they helped me get it fixed spoke volumes about customer service to me. They cleaned up thoroughly and we now have a lot more peace of mind about our large trees. I honestly can't stop looking at them. I highly recommend them and will call them for all our tree needs again!

Walt came out the day I called to give me a quote for the work we needed done. We had several weather delays, but Walt stayed in touch to keep me informed of his plans. Once there was a sufficient break in the weather for his crew to operate safely, Walt and his men came to do the work. Before starting, Walt reviewed the plan with me one more time to make sure they were removing the right trees and limbs. We had a large section of a tree growing toward our house with several of the branches touching the corner of the house. Any section that could possibly hit our house, our fence, or the neighbor’s work shed was tied off before the cutting began, and then guided safely to the ground after it was removed from the tree. They worked safely as a team to make sure the work was done well and without any damage to the buildings or fence. Once all of the limbs and tree sections had been removed, they cleaned up all of the leaves and small limbs that had fallen in the yard. After they were done, Walt reviewed the work with me to make sure they had done all that I was expecting. It was a very professional job and I highly recommend them.

They tied off everything and made sure that each piece fell as planned. They cut the pieces into lengths we could work with to turn into fire wood. They were very careful about setting pieces on the roof and then lowering to the ground.

Also kept every time provided. When they came out, as a bonus, the gentleman when working seemed to be enjoying there work. Completed the work, and trimmed up a few extra trees at the same time. Over all very appreciated work, and experience, we will be back!

The crew trimmed all the tree branches we discussed plus enough others to make the trees look their best without an increase to the agreed upon price. They did a good job cleaning up the yard and street. The crew wore appropriate safety gear. My observations were that safety was important to the foreman and the crew. All changes were discussed with me beforehand and the foreman got my concurrence before moving on to the next tree. The job went very well.

Walt came out and walked the property with me. He was very knowledgeable. Although I did not use him, due to the tree being in a tough spot. He returned my call first thing in the morning. He came out same day to talk with me. High recommend if you need a tree guy!

Walt came out the same day I called to look at the job. We walked the property w/him to identify all of the work that had to be accomplished. We were comfortable with his price and knowledge so we signed a contract to have the work done the following week. He kept me updated via text because the weather was iffy but they were able to start on the day we scheduled. The project went very well; crew was on-site and ready to go at 8 am and worked through until late afternoon when everything was done. They did a very good job of cleaning up and were mindful of my sprinkler system. We were happy with the work and would hire again.

I felt like the guy was cussing when I was talking to him and I was a little bit taken aback by that. I couldn't really wrap my head around it. I guess if you are out working in that field, you talk like that. He seemed like a nice guy, it just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. He was just throwing in casual cuss words while he was talking to me and I don't know if he was aware of it. I was kind of stunned that he was doing that. It was kind of an issue. Normally it doesn't bother me, I'm not like a sensitive flower, but for giving me a quote, it bothered me. I didn't expect it and was surprised. It just made me not want to use them in the future. I was just really shocked and didn't expect that and it really affected my decision on whether I wanted to use him. Because of that I didn't wan to use this guy. It was just weird. I just had a bad feeling and I wasn't happy with it at all. I don't feel like he was a bad guy or mean person. As far as using that language when you first meet someone in that situation just really bothered me. Just refrain from cussing, that's not going to help them out in the future. The price seemed pretty reasonable for what I expected them to do. I had an issue with their responsiveness. I called them up on the phone on the number they provided. It seemed like a cellphone, so I sent a text message. I didn't get a response back so I contacted them again. I talked to Walt and he was kind of confused because he said he didn't get any information back from them. I thought the responsiveness was pretty weak. They showed up exactly when they said they were.
