My initial phone conversation with Tim went well and he seemed very willing to assist me in finding a home for purchase or for rent (was not sure at the time which we would need). However, after a few weeks of looking at homes online via the website Tim set me up with, I tried to get in touch with him to schedule showings of homes I was interested in renting. After not receiving responses for more than a few days, I let Tim know that I would no longer need his assistance. At that time I received an email response letting me know that he would not have been able to show me the rental properties anyway (something he did not tell me during our initial conversation and emails). I was fruatrated that I had not been given this information sooner, but did end up finding another realtor who worked very well with me and my family to help us find a great rental home.

Tim's team and level of service is the best in the industry. In my line of work I have to interact with Realtors on a weekly basis. Tim is the rare exception to a industry plagued with dishonest individuals. Tim's integrity and professionalism have never let me down.
