Pro-Tech's Exterminating, Inc. is the BEST pest control business in Hampton Roads. They have excellent customer service. They are prompt, professional, care about the needs of their customer. Their billing is user friendly and accessible. They leave invoices at the time of service. I appreciate their professionalism and their local-friendly behavior. I would recommend this company to my own mother!

Mr Herget is a competent, honest individual. They are not "sales inspectors" like most of these companies. They inspected and treated my crawlspace for moisture issues at a fair price. I have no complaints and have no reservations about referring them to others.

Cicada Killer Wasps are very difficult to eradicate and after researching the best course of action by Protechs and myself, the cost is prohibitive. I am going to get family in the area to take care of the problem. I appreciate the in-depth inquiry that was made on my behalf. It is recommended to have spot treatments done instead of having an annual pest control contract.

It went well. Pro Techs arrived precisely on time, did the required check expediently and had the clear letter to me via email that evening. As a REALTOR, I find them dependable and a pleasure to work with.

I live in an area of Newport News, Virginia  and some  of the ground areas around my house are damp or wet.  It is a haven for ants and especially termites.  I could see some evidence of termite infestation on my deck posts.  The wooden fence at the rear of the yard was also affected and fell over during the first year after I bought the house.  Inside the house I saw silver fish and other types of bugs.  

Pro - Techs Exterminating was recommended to me so I gave them a call.  They met with me and explained everything they were going to do.  This is my third year with Pro - Techs and I have yet to see any bug inside my house.  The exterior shows no further damage and  this is one check I do not mind writing because I do not worry about bugs any more.   The entire staff at Pro - Techs is extremely professional and know their business.

I am REALTOR and have been using/referring Pro-Techs Exterminating for a few years. I can always count on them to be prompt, courteous, thorough, and to give a honest opinion. I like the fact that there is no conflict of interest with repairs as they do not make any profit off finding damage to be repaired. They note the damage and allow you to hire your preferred contractor to make the repairs.

These guys ROCK!! Bob Horget was one of the most professional and knowledgeable service technicians I have ever met.  He provided me with an in-depth report of all the moisture problems with the home and pointed out all the issues with a thorough explanation of what needed to be done to correct the problems.  They showed up exactly on-time were and very courteous I will use these guys for all of my pest and termite/moisture problems and inspections n the future.

I have been using them for the past couple of years. I’ve been happy with the work and I haven’t had any problems. They respond quickly and come out promptly when I need them.
