Precision Glass & Mirror

I had them put in a new windshield. They put the wiper blades on backwards and when we tried to use them they got stuck. Burn out wiper motor. Then they lied about it in court saying it was old and the installer has never done anything wrong in his 30 years of doing this work. Wow he must be the golden boy of windshields. NOT!!!
You would be better off call safelight.....

My house is a rental; my landlord was paying for part of the repairs, but I (the tenant) was the one arranging the repair work. Precision came to do an estimate, then said they would cut me a deal ($80 per window pane) if I could schedule the work to happen the next day, so they could fill a hole in their schedule. This price was just slightly lower than other over-the-phone estimates I got from other contractors, so I don't think it was much of a "deal," but I agreed anyway. They were late getting started, but they got all five windows done in one day. They didn't put up any kind of cover on the inside of the windows, so there were a lot of (possibly lead) paint chips and dust for me to clean up afterward. Also, the fresh putty around the new windows was rather uneven: unattractive to look at and not enough to insulate properly. Two of the windows were missing putty all along one edge. My landlord insisted that they come back to re-do the job, which they reluctantly agreed to do. It took two more visits for them to finish the re-caulking job. It still wasn't perfect, but it was good enough that my landlord and I decided not to spend any more time on it.
