NICK'S TILES & FLOORING

I could not ask for a better job.  Everything went Very efficiently and the final product looks GREAT...  100 times better than I could have done myself.  I have another large flooring job in the near future (approximately 1500 square feet) and I have already informed Nick that he has the job as soon as I can put everything together for it.

Nick is an excellent craftsman and very nice. We have hired him again to do a tile backsplash in our kitchen.

Firstly the install that Nick is was a very poor job. One week after the install we noticed that the upstairs bathroom has several cracks in the grout that goes across the bathroom floor, there are chunks of grout missing in spots, along the tub is cracked all the way across with chunks of grout missing. Nick explained to my husband that it is normal for the grout to crack on the second floor. We had our other bathroom tiled upstairs by Peerless and we have not had any of these problems with the work they did.
The downstairs bathroom there is a small spot missing grout, the toilet leaking and the wax ring is pushed out along the edge, there is still grout they did not wipe away from the trim.
Secondly Nick has never met the time promised due to other jobs and when doing our install he had to leave early because of another job he had. To me it seems as if he is over booked and can not take the time it takes to do a quality job. I am very disappointed by his professionalism and his quality of work.
