It went fine. They came and hauled off all the trash and the dumpster. They were pretty easy to work with.

First of all I expected a crew to do the job, one man showed up to do the work. The job was to be completed in three to seven days; that was not the case. It was more like a month and a halt and the job was still not complete to my satisfaction. I made numerous calls and letters to Ray Malani, to no avail. They have been very unresponsive. The room leaks and they need to replace the windows; they have not done this work.
