Christopher's grasp of the problem and it's solution come quicker and more accurately at a lower cost compared to any of the others that I have used. He has had a much better grasp of the issues and solutions compared to many other individuals and businesses that I have used over the years.  Others that I have used racked up billable hours to "research" a solution which was just a cover for their lack of experience and brain power.  The other so called experts often gave no real solutions, but their attempts cost me lots in new equipment and wasted time.  I had one guy in the past delete my hard drive and all my back ups. He had no insurance and other than suing him, I was out of luck.  Laptop Repair Express has been knowledgeable and responsive to my needs and timetables.  The service was prompt, professional and fair in the fees.
