I needed soffit, fascia, and gutter replacement on our 2-story home. It was a challenge finding a reputable company since this line of work is not performed by most roofing companies and some siding companies. I finally selected a company only to have them become non-responsive after coming out a 2nd time to answer questions and finalize the proposal. A tv commercial for Kelly Construction caught my attention. I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I met with Justin Finch. Justin was very professional, he listened to what I wanted done, and made suggestions. The estimate was inline with other quotes. I hired Kelly to do the work. Work was underway within a few days and completed within 4 days. Tucker did an outstanding job. I wish I had called Kelly initially. Kelly will definitely be my first stop the next time I'm ready to do home improvements.

Went very well.  Appreciated the no-pressure salesperson compared to other contractors.  It did take about 6 months from when the contract was signed for them to finally get me on the schedule, but once they did, they sent out a large crew who knocked everything out in a day and a half.  They were very professional and hard-working.  The work was completed about 6 months ago and everything has been great so far.

The service went well. On the wrapping of the trim they did a pressure bend instead of caulking. I questioned that as it was not explained well but they still did a good job. Once I brought it to their attention they said they would stand behind the work as long as I was in the home. Justin the sales guy is very personable and he helped me out a lot. He beat everyone else's pricing.

Mostly excellent. Left light fixture unsecured. Issue with one untreated support post. Biggest complaint, NAILS left in the driveway, along with many cig butts. NAILS are totally unacceptable. Just put new tires on car because of a small nail induced flat.

I got several estimates but the people at Kelly's had a great price and were totally professional in all my dealings with them. They explained the leaf blocking features in great detail and gave me different options of various sizes of guttering to use. Their estimate listed the prices for the various options including the repairs to the facia boards. They arrived the day before the install date to do the facia board repairs and wrap the areas that needed it. They showed up early on the scheduled day and replaced the gutters and installed the Leaf Relief system. They were efficient and removed all debris from the area. Excellent group to work with! i will use them again.

They were excellent. They have someone come out and give you an estimate and they have you sign something that says you agree to that estimate and the work being done. Then they tell you when they are going to do the work and they were right on time. We had a good experience with them and the quality was excellent.

They were timely and very professional. We had a few windows that went bad over the years, and they were replaced with the warranty with no problems. I highly recommend Kelly's Construction and would work with them anytime. I have gone back to them for recommendations for contractors for other work as well. They have high integrity and are very honest.
