I'm disappointed because he left everything in the yard -- didn't clean up at all. There's a big pile of sawdust and all the wood he cut up is piled up out there. He also put his sign in my yard without permission; I definitely would have preferred if he had asked me first.

"This job was for stump grinding only, there was never a mention of removal of debris by the customer at any time during the many phone calls on both parties. Customer was left invoice and survey for Angie's List and had opportunity to dispute the scope of work before mailing payment but did not attempt to contact us. Customer is correct on us placing sign on property without asking permission, placing site signs is a acceptable practice and majority of homeowners do not mind, we apologize for that mishap and any and all potential customers we will ask permission prior to placing sign."
