This company is based in Yorktown and I live in Virginia Beach. They wouldn't arrive until 9:30am and would leave around 2 every day for the week they were here. Overall the system install went well, with the exception of one of the installers stepping thru my ceiling twice. J & K owner did send someone to fix it but only I after I complained and called constantly about it.
On a side note- they installed a plastic pan under my AC unit and now (2 years later) it has cracked and could cause leaking thru my attic if not replaced. After speaking to a local contractor I was told that a metal pan should have been used and plastic wears down fast due to extreme tempatures in attics. This concerns me because it will cost $300 to fix it properly, all because a plastic pan was used instead of metal.
