He was a professional tree person. There were no unexpected issues. If you were considering working with them, you should be very specific and write down exactly what you want done.

Although we set the price ahead of time, when they came out, they said they couldn't do it for $300.00, they needed $400.00.  I was not there at the time (I would have told them no-thanks, please leave), so my sister gave them the check and told them to take $300.00 worth of wood and remove it. They took half the wood.  Left some big pieces we can't even move.
I do not recommend them.

Joel Hubbard arrived for estimate the day after I called and on time. He fitted me into work schedule on day convenient for me. David and his crew arrived on day scheduled and on time. The work was done professionally and exactly as I requested. My questions were answered. Everyone on crew was pleasant, motivated, skilled. EVERYONE WORKED HARD! At completion, all debris was carefully picked up and disposed of. My yard looked beautiful because time and care had been taken to protect it from the heavy equipment necessary for the job. They did pruning on two additional trees at no charge in order to leave everything in the yard looking lovely. This is the second time I've used Hubbard Brothers to do major tree work at my home, and I recommend them without hesitation. Their work is excellent and they are a pleasure to do business with!

They were fine. They did a good job, and cleaned up well afterwards. They take away everything and they brought in top soil filled it in the hole and they did a beautiful job. They were moderately priced, may be a tad high but they were worth every penny. We have a new sodded lawn and they were very careful but they had one little accident. The tree removal itself went like clockwork. It was beautiful. This is the second time we are using them.

They are personal friends of mine. They gave me excellent service, and I know it's because they are friends, but I think they are good. I know them since after the storm Isabel when my phones went down. I went over there and left a note on their doorstep, and the next day, they were out with a crane to remove the trees off my rooftop, and I was the first one in the neighborhood to get any service. I think their price is consistent with other people's prices. The quality of their work is very good. I have their services quite often as the area that I live in has a lot of trees. The charges what I paid them also included removing some trees from the land which is an extension to my yard where there is a small lake, and part of my yard is along the edge of the lake and is big enough to build another house, so people kind of thought it's a neighborhood dump and used to put the stuff in it from across the street. I think they were very fair in their pricing.

Our neighbors who were satisfied customers of theirs referred them to us. They were very prompt and professional. They did a good job of explaining everything to us and were right on the money with their predictions of which trees would die. We plan on using them to remove the ones that were dead.

They did a very professional, safe job. They are licensed and insured. They used a big crane to come and pick the tree up off of our neighbor's garage. They did a great job of stripping our other trees. The problem that I had with them was the guys were suppose to come back to clean up the logs and grind the stumps however they didn't come back.

We've used Hubbard Brothers for the last twenty years and are very pleased with their work. Usually we use them when there are storms, and they've also come and pulled up trees in the past. They hauled all the litter away and are very professional.

They did a nice job and they were exceptionally nice people, but there were a few problems though. They left track marks in my yard. I thought that they were very expensive and I would look around next time, that I want a job like this done.

I have used Hubbard for a long time now and he was an exceptionally honest man. We go to church together. He always takes pride in his work and he cleaned up real good when he finished. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable about his work.
