They originally installed my system and I have been paying yearly rates for startup/Winterization/season check. The last visit ended up with my unit leaking. The technician that came out discovered that someone had disconnected a piece causing the leak and said he would note is in his report. Later I received a bill for$105. I refused to pay because I know no one but their Reps have serviced the equipment. They didn't agree with me and insisted it wasn't their fault. I am a Senior Citizen and I know no one else has touched the unit but them. So sad after all these years of dealing with them ð  Â

Bert from Hampton Roads Irrigation was excellent to work with. Every detail was discussed and his crew was very professional and worked tirelessly to complete my irrigation system install. When installation was complete, system operation was clearly and completely explained and they thoroughly cleaned up my yard of debris related to their work.

Company installed a new paver patio and did some irrigation work. Great communication from the time we hired them through completion. Due to weather the project was delayed several days so in installation day at least 5 or 6 workers showed up early. They worked the entire day and completed the project. It looks amazing. I would recommend this company again and again to anyone.

I am just assuming they did their job.....will have to wait until spring to see if I have any problems with the system. However, the agent was informative and courteous and showed something new about my system. Also they were the most cost effective of anyone I've ever had....which to me was a much more reasonable price for the work that is actually involved. I'd recommend them for this service.

These guys were great. They installed a french drain and collection bin off the back of our house and leveled the patio. The professionalism and work quality was amazing!
