HALL CONSTRUCTION INC

From the first meeting at my home both my wife and I did not feel that this company would be legit. After the estimate, we waited to here back from our Insurance claim representative. I reached out the the company and left a message on December 12 for Melissa to return my call. She never did. On the following Tuesday, I called and spoke with Mike Hall and he stated that he had no knowledge of my call and was not sure if our Insurance Company has made contact. He briefly ask Melissa in the background and she stated that they had not gotten any approval. He then stated that he needed me to sign a contract with them in order to begin the process and would send that out to me that day. I have not received anything from them. Later today, my claim representative contact me from Allstate and informed me that this company inform them that they had been trying to contact me and was unable to so they discontinued the process and stopped the request. I find all of this to very odd that they would say that when each time that I spoke to them they made no reference. The bottom line I would not recommend this company to restore my dog house. Please do not use this company. They did not disappoint me from the start. Poor Customer Service and poor management.
