Do not use this company. The number listed here does not belong to the company. Gary Martin over charged for subpar services to include, incorrect wiring and breakers required for installation near water, splice of wiring in hot tub (which resulted is burned wires), no grounding of the system, and lack of sealing of pipes from moisture in underground wires. Currently unable to reach the company for refund via 757-817-1727.

Glow agreed to connect two boat lift motors to an outlet on a dock. One motor's line had to run under water. Contractor surveyed the site with the boat lift installer and me. Agreed on what needed to be done. Agreed price was $300. Glow sent just one guy, installed an outlet, but didn't bring a boat to run the outboard line. Walked off the job. With the boat lift not connected, he asked for half payment. Things got unpleasant. Threats of mechanic's lien (on his part) and a complaint to the Virginia contractor licensing board (on my part).

It turned out wonderful. We thought we were going to need to replace all the fixtures but turns out they were able to get the project completed far cheaper than we expected.
